Working alongside Your Love Rara CIC we are offering Terrific Tuesdays, mindfulness sessions for school-aged children, running from 3pm to 6pm. This is a great initiative for promoting mental well-being and relaxation for young people!

The children will be collected from Hannover school and will enjoy a healthy snack and different mindfulness program every day including but not limited to yoga, gardening, outside learning, relaxation techniques, mindfulness techniques and arts and crafts
