I understand that in the event that my child becomes ill or injured in Love Rara Kidz care, every effort will be made to reach me or the emergency contacts given. I give my consent to Love Rara Kidz Staff to act on my behalf to attain emergency care and/or medical treatment if believed necessary for my child’s wellbeing.

I understand that all information I have provided is correct and up to date to the best of my knowledge. If due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, and camps are cancelled, we will reschedule the camp on a later date. No refunds for illness are given . Full payment is due 7 days before camp starts or the space will be made available to other applicants unless a deposit of £10 per day has been made.
